I was experimenting with imagery and layers through digital collage and this is what I came up with. If these designs came on, say, reusable grocery bags or fancy framed wall-hangings, I would definitely buy one. The first one is Iron Man meets Art Deco, with the Iron Man and Avengers symbols, with an Art Deco motif and texture in the background. The second one is all of the Avengers' symbols with a texture that makes it look like pressed tin. Last but not least, Cap's shield is on a background of scale armor - in one version of the comics, his armor is scaled. All images from generic internet image search. Credit goes to original creators. I am an ardent fan of the comics and the movies but I don't own rights to any Marvel characters. |
